Volunteers are the backbone of our recreational leagues. There are two ways to indicate that you would like to coach: the first being indicating “yes” to volunteering on the registration form, or fill out a Coaching Interest Form and submit it to Shawna Hicks.

Activity Refunds:

• Refunds will be assessed a 6% processing fee to cover ActiveNet charges. If the refund is credited to a patron’s account the processing fee will be waived.

• A 100% refund will be issued if a patron is withdrawn from an activity at least 10 business days prior to the date registration closes.

• A 50% refund will be issued if a patron is withdrawn from an activity at least 5 business days prior to the date registration closes.

• No refund will be issued if a patron is withdrawn from an activity after registration closes.

• Activity fees will not be refunded or pro-rated for patrons who miss a portion of an activity or program.

Yes! The MAC Trust has provided the MACRD with scholarship funds for in-district patrons. Please fill out the Scholarship Application and return to info@macrecdistrict.com.
