Class Descriptions

  • An interval workout using the deep and shallow ends of the pool. No swimming or experience is needed. The workout is designed to be challenging for any skill or fitness level. Each person works to their own level and physical comfort.

  • Aqua jogging is an exercise that mimics the motion of jogging while submerged in water. Aqua jogging has many benefits. The biggest three are lowering stress on the joints while improving balance and flexibility, being great for cardiovascular health, and improving strength and endurance. This class is designed to give a full body workout in shallow and deep water and is adjustable to ALL fitness abilities.

  • Aquatic Healing with Eva Montee

    This class is designed to be a calm, friendly workout to help promote movement, healing, and flexibility. All abilities are welcome.

  • Using floatation devices to workout in the deep water. Core strength and posture are key in this workout. The workout is designed to be challenging for any skill or fitness level. Each person works to their own level and physical comfort.

  • A yoga-inspired program for all fitness levels. This program focuses on increasing flexibility and body awareness. Using a variety of stretching techniques and some yoga exercises to increase, improve and maintain flexibility and circulation for the whole body. Also bringing awareness of body motion and relaxation through a variety of cues and atmosphere.

  • This class is a mix of everything! In order to get you moving on land, we will use cardio, dance, aerobics, and circuit training! This class is geared toward strength and conditioning, without having to get wet.

  • This class is a mix of everything to get you moving in the water! We will utilize cardio, dance, aerobics and circuit training! This class is geared toward strength and conditioning and being super fun!

  • Participate in a challenging workout in the lazy river. We use the current and equipment to challenge muscles and increase the heart rate. No swimming or experience is needed. The workout is designed to be challenging for any skill or fitness level. Each person works to their own level and physical comfort.
