An interval workout using the deep and shallow ends of the pool. No swimming or experience is needed. The workout is designed to be challenging for any skill or fitness level. Each person works to their own level and physical comfort.

This class is designed to enhance cardiovascular health,
flexibility, and muscle tone, all from the comfort of a
seated position!

Aqua jogging is an exercise that mimics the motion of jogging while submerged in water. Aqua jogging has many benefits. The biggest three are lowering stress on the joints while improving balance and flexibility, being great for cardiovascular health, and improving strength and endurance. This class is designed to give a full body workout in shallow and deep water and is adjustable to ALL fitness abilities.

Aquatic Healing with Eva + Amanda
This class is designed to be a calm, friendly workout to help promote movement, healing, and flexibility. All abilities are welcome.
