Scholarships and Donations

The Madras Aquatic Center Recreation District recognizes that some residents of Jefferson County require financial assistance to attend certain recreational activities. Forms must be filled out completely with appropriate information attached: Most recent 1040, 1065, 1130, or 1120S. Return the form to the Madras Aquatic Center front-desk receptionist. All information will be kept confidential and is necessary to determine the degree of need for each applicant. If a form is not filled out completely with the correct attachments, application will be rejected.

  • A limited number of scholarships are available for those who qualify and are given out on a First come First Serve Basis.
  • You must be considered In-District to be able to apply for a scholarship.

 Donation Board Policy 2015-7
Adopted: March 16 2015

Purpose: The purpose of this policy is to establish the Madras Aquatic Center donation request from civic groups and the general public.

Definition: The MAC will establish a donation request application and two deadlines will be
established for six month periods with a $1,500 in-kind district limit per period.

Procedures: 3.1 Donation request deadlines will be:
June 15 for July 1-Dec. 31
Dec. 15 for January !-June 30

3.2 A committee of three MAC employees, one being the MAC Executive Director, will be formed to decide donation rewards to public requests.

Additional information: Donation application are not limited to In-district civic groups or the general public.
